Description

The Saro UGN 4100 TN is a refrigerated undercounter cooling table for professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, holding temperatures between -2 °C and +8 °C across a 217-litre net capacity. The full-stainless-steel construction — housing, interior and worktop — meets the hygiene demands of high-throughput food preparation, while forced-air (ventilated) cooling with automatic defrost and a DIXELL digital controller ensures stable, consistent temperatures without manual intervention.

Four self-closing solid doors provide access to the storage compartment, which fits standard 1/1 GN containers on height-adjustable grids. At approximately 40 dB(A) and just 0.35 kW, the unit runs quietly and economically; the pull-out compressor simplifies routine cleaning and maintenance, minimising downtime in busy kitchen environments. The R600a refrigerant and Energy Class C rating reflect a responsible choice for operators mindful of running costs and environmental impact.
