Description
The Saro BWS-15 is a heated banquet trolley with a built-in steam and water container, for keeping larger quantities of plated food moist and at serving temperature in hotels, catering operations and commercial kitchens. It holds fifteen GN 1/1 inserts and maintains a digitally controlled temperature between 30 and 85 °C, with a five-stage steam system fed by a 2.5 litre water tank.
Housing and interior are stainless steel with an EPDM bumper; the cabinet is insulated with glass wool and the self-closing door, insulated with polyurethane and sealed with silicone, opens up to 270°. It runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.5 kW; external dimensions are 570 x 879 x 1469 mm and net weight is 87 kg (105 kg gross). The smaller BWS-10 and larger BWS-20 can be selected above.
