Description
The Saro KBW 2/1 is a refrigerated banquet trolley for chilling and transporting large quantities of food in restaurants, catering operations and commercial kitchens. It holds fifteen GN 2/1 containers and keeps them between 0 and 10 °C, with digital temperature control and reliable performance at ambient temperatures up to 43 °C.
The stainless steel housing has high-quality insulation for energy efficiency; the trolley runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.21 kW with R290 refrigerant. External dimensions are 775 x 1000 x 1750 mm and net weight is 150 kg (160 kg gross). It moves on four easy-running castors, two with brakes. The smaller KBW 1/1 can be selected above.
