The Saro David is a stainless steel transport and serving trolley designed for professional kitchens, hotels, and catering operations, offering a 130 kg load capacity across five flat shelves at a standing height of 1540 mm. Its tall, open-shelf configuration keeps a full service run of supplies, trays, or gastronorm containers organized and within easy reach.
Built for busy back-of-house environments, the David ships flat-pack for straightforward self-assembly and weighs just 20 kg, making it easy to position and reposition around prep areas and service corridors. Four smooth-running swivel castors — two fitted with brakes — keep the trolley securely in place when loaded or rolling freely when you need to move it.
