Description
The Saro Torino is a countertop ice cream display freezer for presenting and storing scooped ice cream in restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, buffet counters and retail environments. The housing is stainless steel with a double-glazed lid in a grey plastic frame; the fully hinged glass cover opens on a piston mechanism, and four 5 litre food containers are included.
LED lighting switches separately via the thermostat, and the specially shaped evaporator gives even cooling with static refrigeration, digital temperature control and automatic defrost. Temperature range -18 to -24°C, refrigerant R290, energy class A. Connection 0.21 kW, 230 V / 50 Hz; capacity 87 litres; external dimensions 867 x 735 x 373 mm on 4 adjustable legs, net weight 44 kg, gross 48 kg.
