Description

The Saro SV 1800 is a countertop sushi showcase for the chilled presentation of sushi, fresh dishes and prepared ingredients in restaurants, sushi bars, buffet counters, takeaway zones and retail areas. The housing is black powder-coated steel with a stainless steel interior; the curved front glass opens or lifts off for cleaning, and two sliding doors at the back allow restocking during service. Seven 1/3 GN containers, 25.4 mm deep, are included.

Top LED lighting switches separately from the Dixell/Copeland digital temperature control, which holds 0 to +6°C with static cooling from above and automatic defrost. Refrigerant R600a, energy class B. Connection 0.15 kW, 230 V / 50 Hz; internal dimensions 1316 x 306 x 190 mm, external 1800 x 390 x 310 mm, volume 85.5 litres; net weight 77 kg, gross 81 kg.
