Description
The Saro FRANZISKA is a tall round cake display cabinet for cafes, bakeries, patisseries and hotels, with a stainless steel lower housing and a double-tempered glass upper section for a full view of the display. A 360 litre capacity spans four height-adjustable, manually rotatable glass shelves 530 mm in diameter, lit by LED lighting on two sides, independently switchable. The door is self-closing and operated from one side, and the unit stands on five castors, two of which lock.
Digital temperature control, circulating air cooling and automatic defrost hold +2 to +8 °C, on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.460 kW connection with R290 refrigerant. External dimensions are a diameter of 680 mm and a height of 1750 mm, and net weight is 50 kg.
