Description
The Saro TIL is a manual hamburger press for shaping uniform patties in takeaway outlets, restaurants, burger concepts and catering operations. It forms patties 100 mm in diameter, with an anodised aluminium housing and a stainless steel mechanism for food contact.
It has no electrical connection: patties are pressed by hand, and a built-in holder takes the included 500 sheets of cellophane paper, 130 mm in diameter, between patties. External dimensions are 235 x 230 x 275 mm and net weight is 5.8 kg.
