Description

The Saro SORENTO meat grinder processes meat and prepares mince and sausage filling in restaurants, butcher shops, commercial kitchens, snack bars and food processing facilities. The housing is light metal and the worm is stainless steel, with output of about 100 kg per hour.

It has a cooling fan, overheating protection and a precision gear drive; a stainless steel cross knife, two perforated plates (6 and 8 mm) and a sausage-filling nozzle with pusher are included. Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.55 kW; external dimensions are 500 x 315 x 550 mm and net weight is 18 kg.
