Description
The Saro CALLAS is a hand-operated sausage slicer for restaurants, takeaway outlets, canteens and catering operations that need quick, even portioning. It cuts slices 18 mm thick with an 11-blade cutting unit, for sausages up to 210 mm long, and the housing is stainless steel and aluminium.
It has no electrical connection: a manual lever drives the cutting unit, which can be dismantled for cleaning, and suction pads hold the base steady on the worktop during use. External dimensions are 340 x 155 x 210 mm and net weight is 2.32 kg.
