Description
The Saro ANDRE is an electric curry sausage slicer for snack bars, fast-food outlets, canteens and other catering areas that prepare curry sausage or sliced sausage regularly. The blade is 3Cr13 stainless steel with a 45 mm diameter, running at 292 rpm, and slice thickness is adjustable from 5 to 30 mm using a movable spacer plate.
Sausages are fed through the chute on top and cut at the push of a button; the relevant parts can be removed for regular cleaning. Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.12 kW; external dimensions are 189 x 248 x 326 mm and net weight is 7.1 kg.
