Description
The Saro SHS-SG is a coarse grating disc designed as an accessory for professional food processing, for use with compatible Saro vegetable slicers and other preparation appliances in commercial kitchens. It grates a range of ingredients and is part of a series of discs offered in different thicknesses, including fine and coarse versions, so the right disc can be chosen for the product and result required.
The disc has no electrical connection of its own: it fits into compatible Saro machines and should be used only with the designated models to avoid damage.
