Description
The Saro ELIZA is a compact black plastic cake display cabinet for cafes, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, buffet areas and retail environments, with a 73 litre capacity across four shelves 305 mm in diameter on an electrically rotating, separately switchable mount. Double tempered glass and LED interior lighting on two sides keep the display bright, and the door closes automatically; the cabinet stands on two non-adjustable feet.
Digital temperature control, forced-air cooling and automatic defrost hold a wide +2 to +12 °C range, on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.190 kW connection with R600a refrigerant. External dimensions are 504 x 504 x 1060 mm, and net weight is 45 kg.
