Description
The Saro PZ9031 PRO is a refrigerated pizza worktable for pizzerias, restaurants, takeaway outlets and commercial kitchens. Three doors open onto a 252 litre net stainless steel interior fitted with three adjustable shelves (335 x 530 mm), and six uncooled drawers add dry storage beneath the granite worktop; a bottom grate (570 x 323 mm) improves air circulation.
Cooling is circulated air, with 45 mm insulation, digital DIXELL/Copeland control, automatic defrost and automatic evaporation of condensate, holding +2 to +8 °C and rated for climate class 4. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.11 kW; external dimensions 1885 x 700 x 1020 mm, net weight 325 kg; energy efficiency class A, refrigerant R600a.
