Description

The Saro PZ2610TN PRO is a refrigerated pizza worktable for pizzerias, restaurants, takeaway outlets and commercial kitchens. Two self-closing doors with a 15 cm backsplash open onto a 268 litre net stainless steel interior, and seven uncooled drawers add dry storage beneath the granite worktop; two bottom grates (465 x 605 mm) improve air circulation.

Cooling is circulating air with a high-efficiency fan, 60 mm insulation, digital DIXELL/Copeland control and automatic defrost, holding +2 to +8 °C and rated for climate class 4 and 5. Connection 220 V, 50 Hz, 0.3 kW; external dimensions 2025 x 800 x 1030-1090 mm, net weight 362 kg; energy efficiency class A, refrigerant R600a.
