Description

The Saro MARGA PZ 2610 TN is a refrigerated pizza preparation table for pizzerias, restaurants, takeaway outlets and commercial kitchens. Two self-closing doors give access to a 266 litre net refrigerated compartment, and seven unrefrigerated drawers below the worktop hold tools, packaging or other dry goods. The granite worktop has a rear upstand of up to 150 mm, and housing and interior are stainless steel; the unit is supplied without grids.

Cooling is forced air, with 60 mm insulation, digital DIXELL/Copeland control and automatic defrost, holding +2 to +8 °C; the compressor pulls out for easy cleaning. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.35 kW; external dimensions 2025 x 800 x 890-950/1040 mm, net weight 375 kg; energy efficiency class B, refrigerant R600a.
