Description

The Saro PZ 3600 TN is a refrigerated pizza preparation table for pizzerias, restaurants, takeaway outlets and commercial kitchens. Three self-closing doors open onto a 406 litre net stainless steel interior with 21 sets of support rails for flexible loading; the granite worktop has a rear upstand of up to 150 mm. The unit is supplied without grids.

Cooling is forced air, with 60 mm insulation, digital DIXELL/Copeland control and automatic defrost, holding +2 to +8 °C; the compressor pulls out for easy cleaning and six height-adjustable feet suit the installation site. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.35 kW; external dimensions 2020 x 800 x 890-950/1040 mm, net weight 330 kg; energy efficiency class C, refrigerant R600a.
