Description
The Saro PL 10 is an electric hotplate warmer for restaurants, catering operations, buffet areas and canteens, used to keep already-plated food warm before service. It has ten lightweight metal plates, each 270 x 150 mm, in an insulated stainless steel housing with insulated handles for safe handling, heating from 0 to 150 °C.
It connects to 230 V, 50/60 Hz at 1.2 kW, measures 365 x 245 x 440 mm and weighs 22 kg net (26 kg gross).
