Description
Description
The Saro Electric Chafing Dish Model LORENA is a countertop bain-marie food warmer for buffet and catering service, holding up to 3 litres at temperatures adjustable up to 85 °C via a five-level rotary thermostat. Drawing just 0.9 kW from a standard 230 V supply, it keeps soups, sauces and hot dishes at safe serving temperatures without the need for fuel canisters or open flames.
Built for hotels, restaurants and catering operations, the LORENA ships ready to use with a stainless steel lid (including lid holder) and a full 1/1 GN food pan (65 mm deep), making it straightforward to integrate into an existing GN system. A min/max water-level indicator on the lower section guides correct filling, while built-in overheat protection adds a layer of safety during continuous service. The compact 580 × 347 mm footprint fits neatly on any buffet counter or service station.
