Description
The Saro MASSIMO 1920 is a single-chamber countertop pizza oven for restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars and other commercial kitchens. It takes up to 6 pizzas of Ø 30 cm, with top and bottom heat adjustable separately.
It is rock-wool insulated, with interior lighting and a heat-resistant glass window, and comes with a thermostat and main switch. Connection is 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, 6 kW; external dimensions are 895 x 1068.5 x 408.5 mm (1125 mm deep including the door handle), net weight 110 kg. Saro recommends its brass brush (217-1025) for cleaning, and the fireclay bricks must only be cleaned dry and cold. The double-chamber MASSIMO 2920 can be selected above.
