Description
The Saro LUNA is a heated display for restaurants, hotels, cafés and takeaway counters that need to keep cooked food warm on rotating grids. Four rotating chromed grids of Ø350 mm, spaced 100 mm apart, hold a 108 litre capacity, and analogue temperature control covers +30 to +90 °C.
A water pan for air humidification is included, and LED interior lighting keeps the display visible. The stainless steel cabinet runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.2 kW; external dimensions are 470 x 470 x 870 mm and net weight is 33 kg (38 kg gross).
