Description
The Saro LEON is a compact heated display for restaurants, hotels, cafés and takeaway counters, holding 76 litres of cooked food with LED lighting and analogue temperature control across +30 to +90 °C. Doors at both the front and rear let staff and customers reach food from either side.
A water pan for air humidification is included. The stainless steel cabinet runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.2 kW; external dimensions are 345 x 484 x 663 mm and net weight is 21 kg (24 kg gross).
