Description
The Saro JESSIE is a round chafing dish for keeping food warm and presenting it at buffets, catering events, hotels and functions, well suited to soups, stews and other hot foods. It holds 6 litres in a round pan of Ø 390 mm, and the self-closing lid has an acrylic glass window so food stays visible without opening it fully. The polished stainless steel housing is suitable for induction, so it can also be preheated or kept warm on an induction hob.
It runs on chafing fuel, with two fuel holders, a spoon rack and a sturdy lower frame. External dimensions are 440 x 480 x 300 mm, net weight 10 kg (gross 11 kg).
