Description
The Saro ELENA twin-pack combines two chafing dishes in one set, for keeping different foods warm and presenting them at buffets, catering events, hotels and functions. Each twin-pack includes one GN 1/1, one GN 1/2 and two GN 1/4 pans, all 65 mm deep, plus two 325 mm GN divider bars, so several dishes can be offered side by side. The housing, lids and lid holders are polished stainless steel, with stainless steel water pans.
Each dish runs on chafing fuel, with two fuel holders per dish and a sturdy lower frame. External dimensions are 590 x 357 x 292 mm, net weight 8 kg (gross 9 kg).
