Description
The Saro CARLA is a compact chafing dish for keeping food warm and presenting it at buffets, catering events and functions. It has a 4 litre capacity, with a polished stainless steel housing, lid and water pan. A fuel holder is included, so it can be used flexibly wherever there is no power supply, and the sturdy lower frame keeps it stable during service.
It runs on chafing fuel rather than mains power, so no electrical connection is needed. External dimensions are 340 x 340 x 250 mm, net weight 2.7 kg (gross 4 kg).
