Description
The Saro HOT DRINK 30 is a countertop mulled wine and hot water boiler for restaurants, catering operations, buffet areas, canteens, hotels, cafes and events, heating and keeping warm mulled wine, water, coffee or tea. It holds 30 litres and heats continuously from 30 to 110 °C, with a safety tap and indicator lights for cooking and keeping warm.
Overheating protection adds a layer of safety during service, and the housing and lid are stainless steel. It runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 2.4 kW connection, measures 385 x 385 x 499 mm and weighs 7.1 kg net (8.1 kg gross). The smaller HOT DRINK can be selected above.
