Description
The Saro ANCONA 30 is a countertop mulled wine and hot water boiler for restaurants, buffets, catering operations, canteens, clubs and seasonal events, heating and keeping warm mulled wine, water, coffee or tea. It holds 27 litres and heats continuously from 30 to 110 °C, with a lockable lid and a faucet for controlled serving.
Control lamps show cooking and keeping-warm status, and overheat protection adds a layer of safety during service. The case and lid are stainless steel; it runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 2.5 kW connection, measures 300 x 300 x 550 mm and weighs 3.2 kg net (3.5 kg gross). The compact ANCONA 5 and ANCONA 10 can be selected above.
