Description
The Saro HOT DRINK MAXI is a countertop mulled wine and hot water boiler for restaurants, catering operations, buffet areas, canteens, hotels, cafes and events, heating and keeping warm mulled wine, water, coffee or tea. The HOT DRINK range spans 10 to 40 litres; this is the 40 litre model, heating continuously from 30 to 110 °C with a safety tap and indicator lights for heating and keeping warm.
Overheating protection adds a layer of safety during service, and the housing and lid are stainless steel. It runs on a 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 2.4 kW connection, measures 390 x 390 x 600 mm and weighs 8 kg net (8.9 kg gross).
