Description
The Saro HOT DRINK MINI is a countertop mulled wine and hot water boiler for restaurants, catering operations, buffet areas, canteens, hotels, cafes and events, heating and keeping warm mulled wine, water, coffee or tea. The HOT DRINK range spans 10 to 40 litres; this is the 10 litre model, heating continuously from 30 to 110 °C with a safety tap and indicator lights for heating and keeping warm.
Overheating protection adds a layer of safety during service, and the housing and lid are stainless steel. It runs on a 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 2.4 kW connection, measures 225 x 225 x 490 mm and weighs 2.8 kg net (4 kg gross).
