Description
The Saro GPK 810 is an electric griddle for restaurants, snack bars, bistros and catering operations: a ceramic-coated plate one third grooved and two thirds smooth, 790 x 400 mm, split into three separately controllable cooking zones and heated from 50 to 300 °C, so both grilled and smooth-fried foods can be prepared on the same plate. A ceramic splash guard runs along three sides, a safety thermostat is built in, and the grease tray lifts out for cleaning.
It runs on a 400 V, 50 Hz three-phase supply drawing 6 kW, external dimensions 800 x 460 x 285 mm, net weight 39 kg.
