The Saro JULIUS is a commercial electric rice cooker with a 13-litre capacity, rated at 1.95 kW and designed to produce up to 30 portions per batch — making it a reliable workhorse for restaurant kitchens, hotel buffets, canteens and Asian-cuisine operations that need consistent, high-volume rice output during service.
The brushed stainless-steel housing is built for daily professional use, while the removable aluminium cooking pot with non-stick coating simplifies cleaning between batches. A lid with safety lock and a built-in condensate water collector keep the work area clean, and the two-indicator control — cooking and keep-warm — lets kitchen staff manage the cooker without distraction. The unit ships ready to use with a rice spoon and measure cup included, and carries a 24-month warranty.
