The Saro GILLES is a professional electric tabletop crepe maker for cafés, hotel breakfast stations, creperies and live-cooking counters, delivering 2.4 kW through a 350 mm cast iron plate with a non-stick coating. The stainless steel housing keeps the unit robust and easy to clean, while the cold-touch handle allows safe plate adjustments during service.
Temperature is controlled via a stepless dial with a built-in indicator, giving cooks precise heat management from ambient up to 300 °C — consistent enough for high-volume batches yet responsive for delicate crêpes. The unit ships ready to use, including a wooden batter spreader, and sits neatly on any countertop at 370 × 430 mm footprint.
