Description
The Saro RICO is a countertop electric rice cooker with a 4.2-litre capacity, designed for continuous high-volume rice service in restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens and catering operations. Running on 1.7 kW, it delivers up to 23 portions per batch and holds rice at serving temperature automatically once cooking is complete.
The mirror-polished stainless steel housing is built for professional kitchens, while the removable non-stick cooking pot makes cleaning quick between service rounds. Electromechanical controls keep operation simple — two indicator lights show cooking or keep-warm status at a glance, with no programming required. A rice measuring cup and rice spoon are included out of the box.
