Description

The Saro EB UV20 PRO makes hollow bullet ice, cones of about Ø28 x 40 mm, for restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés, catering operations and beverage service: about 20 kg in 24 hours into a 3.5 kg storage container, on a circulation system with a permanent mains water connection. It has separate UV lights in the circulation system and in the storage container for hygienic germ prevention, switched independently, and good insulation for energy efficiency.

Housing is stainless steel with a black plastic flap; it is air-cooled, rated for ambient temperatures from 10 to 40 °C and a water pressure of 1 to 3 bar, and Saro recommends an upstream water softener where the water hardness exceeds 7°. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.18 kW, refrigerant R600a; external dimensions 380 x 477 x 590 mm, net weight 25 kg.
