Description

The Saro EB 30IN is a built-in ice cube maker for restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés, catering operations and beverage service: it fits behind a front door with front ventilation and opens with a long stainless steel handle. It runs on a circulation system with a permanent mains water connection and makes 22 mm ice cubes, about 30 kg in 24 hours, into a 7 kg storage container. The hose for the 3/4 inch supply and the 1/2 inch drain hose are included.

Housing is black powder-coated sheet steel with a stainless steel door and handle; it is air-cooled, rated for ambient temperatures from 10 to 40 °C and a water pressure of 1 to 3 bar, and Saro recommends an upstream water softener where the water hardness exceeds 7°. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.285 kW, refrigerant R290; external dimensions 370 x 625 x 825 mm, net weight 42 kg.
