The Dupont PlexiLine lid fits the SAL 2317 salad dish (237 x 170 mm, 2 L), keeping its contents visible and covered between services on buffet lines, salad bars and deli counters.
PlexiLine acrylic is food-safe, BPA- and PFAS-free, dishwasher safe and colourfast, and it holds from -20°C to +80°C, so it serves a chilled display and an ambient counter equally. It is lightweight, stacks when not in use, and the material is 100% recyclable.
