Description
The Dupont salad dish is an acrylic display dish designed for use in meat and cookery cabinets, offering a clean, high-gloss light grey finish that keeps food presentation sharp on the counter. Moulded from scratch-resistant PMMA (Plexiglass), it holds its clarity and colour through heavy daily use in delis, butcher counters, hotel buffets and professional kitchens.
At 205 × 205 mm with an 80 mm depth, it fits neatly within standard cabinet configurations and handles temperatures from −20 °C up to 80 °C — suitable for both chilled and ambient display. The dish is fully dishwasher safe, and a reorder code engraved on the base makes restocking straightforward for busy operations.
