Description
The Dupont PlexiLine lid fits the SAL 2020 salad dish (205 x 205 mm, 2.5 L) and itself measures 200 x 200 mm, with a moulded spoon recess that keeps a serving spoon in place on the rim. Clear acrylic keeps the dish's contents visible on buffet lines, salad bars and deli counters while the dish stays covered between services.
PlexiLine acrylic is food-safe, BPA- and PFAS-free, dishwasher safe and colourfast, and it holds from -20°C to +80°C, so it serves a chilled display and an ambient counter equally. It is lightweight, stacks when not in use, and the material is 100% recyclable.
