Description
The Dupont PlexiLine SKU 1083 is an acrylic lid designed to cover the SAL 1818 salad dish (180 × 180 mm) from the PlexiLine Salad Dishes collection. Moulded from clear PMMA, it keeps prepared salads, garnishes and cold starters fresh and protected in refrigerated display cabinets, buffet counters and food-service prep areas.
The lid is dishwasher safe and stackable, making turnaround fast during busy service. Its temperature tolerance down to -20 °C suits cold storage and display, while resistance up to 80 °C simplifies cleaning cycles. A practical choice for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and deli counters that rely on the PlexiLine system for consistent, hygienic cold presentation.
