The SAL2020 is a square salad dish in food-safe acrylic, 205 x 205 mm and 81 mm deep, holding 2.5 litres in black. The depth keeps a dressed salad or a prepared deli item contained rather than spreading flat across a tray, and the square footprint tiles cleanly next to its neighbours along a counter.

PlexiLine acrylic is food-safe, BPA- and PFAS-free, dishwasher safe and colourfast, and it holds from -20°C to +80°C, so it serves a chilled display and an ambient counter equally. It is lightweight, stacks when not in use, and the material is 100% recyclable.
