Its clear acrylic construction keeps displayed salads and cold preparations visible while maintaining hygiene in meat and cookery cabinets.
Rated food safe and dishwasher safe, this lid suits the daily demands of restaurant, hotel, and catering buffet operations. The PMMA material handles temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C, making it reliable across cold display and light warm-holding conditions.
