The Dupont Salad Dish is a round acrylic presentation tray designed for use in meat and cookery display cabinets, measuring 300 mm in diameter and 65 mm in height. Made from high-gloss Plexiglass in a clean black finish, it provides a sharp, professional backdrop that makes cold cuts, salads, and prepared foods stand out in refrigerated counters and display cases.
Built for daily front-of-house use, the dish is scratch-resistant and dishwasher-safe, and handles temperatures from -20 °C up to 80 °C — making it equally suitable for chilled display and brief warm-holding applications.
