The Pizza Group M42A is a single-roller dough rolling machine (sheeter) designed for high-throughput pizza and flatbread production, handling dough portions from 210 to 600 g and producing consistently round bases from 26 to 40 cm in diameter. Its steel structure and 0.37 kW motor keep the footprint compact and energy draw low without sacrificing output consistency.
Roller gap is adjusted manually, giving operators direct tactile control over thickness — no electric pedal or complex programming required. The M42A suits pizzerias, bakeries, and catering kitchens that need a reliable, straightforward sheeter for pizza, flatbread, pies, and similar doughs with minimal downtime and easy cleaning.
