Description
The Pizza Group RM42A is a two-pair roller dough rolling machine for pizza and flatbread production, producing circular bases from 26 to 40 cm in diameter at a thickness adjustable between 0.4 and 4 mm. Made in Italy and built with a stainless steel body and food-grade resin rollers, it handles dough portions from 210 to 600 g — covering the full range from a small personal pizza to a large 40 cm base.
Digital controls and an inclined upper roller unit keep operation straightforward during busy service prep. At 0.37 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, running costs are low, and the compact 530 × 470 mm footprint fits neatly on a prep counter. An optional electric foot pedal (available separately) keeps both hands free for feeding and catching dough.
The RM42A suits pizzerias, hotel kitchens, and catering operations that need consistent, repeatable bases without the labour of hand-stretching.
