The Saro TERAMO 2 is an electric dough rolling (sheeting) machine for professional kitchens, capable of sheeting dough portions from 50 g up to 500 g to a precise thickness between 0.5 mm and 5.5 mm. Its stainless steel housing is built for the demands of daily commercial use in pizzerias, bakeries, restaurants, and hotel kitchens.
Running on a 0.37 kW motor at 230 V / 50 Hz, the TERAMO 2 handles dough rounds from 100 mm up to 400 mm in diameter — covering everything from small pastry rounds to full pizza bases. The compact 530 × 530 mm footprint fits tight prep areas without sacrificing throughput, and a 24-month manufacturer warranty backs the investment.
