The Saro TERAMO 1 is an electric single-phase dough rolling machine for pizza and flatbread production, handling dough portions from 50 to 500 g and rolling them to finished diameters between 100 and 300 mm. Thickness is adjustable from 0.5 to 5.5 mm, giving operators precise control over crust style — from paper-thin flatbreads to thicker pizza bases — without manual effort.
