Description

The OVE Amarone Gold dessert spoon measures 184 mm, suited to dessert courses, soup starters and sweet dishes, in 18/10 stainless steel at a 4 mm gauge.

The gold finish is applied using physical vapour deposition (PVD): the metal is evaporated in a high-vacuum chamber together with a reactive gas, and the two settle together as an ultra-thin, tightly bonded colour layer on the steel surface. Despite the finish, the piece is dishwasher safe, so kitchens can run it through service without hand-polishing between covers.

It's part of OVE's Amarone Gold cutlery collection and is supplied in cases of 12.
