OVE Amarone Gold Dessert Fork, 184 mm, 18/10 Steel

At 184 mm, the OVE Amarone Gold dessert fork is sized for dessert and starter courses, in 18/10 stainless steel at a 4 mm gauge, pairing at the table with the dessert knife and spoon.

The gold finish is applied using physical vapour deposition (PVD): the metal is evaporated in a high-vacuum chamber together with a reactive gas, and the two settle together as an ultra-thin, tightly bonded colour layer on the steel surface. Despite the finish, the piece is dishwasher safe, so kitchens can run it through service without hand-polishing between covers.
