OVE Amarone Gold Coffee Spoon, 119 mm, 18/10 Steel

The OVE Amarone Gold coffee spoon is the smallest piece in the range at 119 mm, sized for espresso and short coffee service, in 18/10 stainless steel at a 4 mm gauge.

The gold finish is applied using physical vapour deposition (PVD): the metal is evaporated in a high-vacuum chamber together with a reactive gas, and the two settle together as an ultra-thin, tightly bonded colour layer on the steel surface. Despite the finish, the piece is dishwasher safe, so kitchens can run it through service without hand-polishing between covers.
