OVE Amarone Gold Table Spoon, 211 mm, 18/10 Steel

The OVE Amarone Gold table spoon measures 211 mm in 18/10 stainless steel at a 4 mm gauge, sized to sit alongside the table knife and fork for main-course service and dishes served in a deep plate.

The gold finish is applied using physical vapour deposition (PVD): the metal is evaporated in a high-vacuum chamber together with a reactive gas, and the two settle together as an ultra-thin, tightly bonded colour layer on the steel surface. Despite the finish, the piece is dishwasher safe, so kitchens can run it through service without hand-polishing between covers.
