The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTFS12.2.MF.2 is a low freezing table — an undercounter worktop freezer — designed for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations that need reliable below-zero ingredient storage directly at the prep line. Running on a single-phase 230 V supply and drawing just 0.35 kW, it maintains a working temperature range of –20 °C to –10 °C, making it suitable for frozen garnishes, protein portions and pastry components kept within arm's reach of the cook.

At 860 mm wide with a two-door configuration, the unit fits neatly beneath a standard worktop, keeping valuable floor space free while adding a durable, cleanable surface above. Its low power draw makes it an efficient choice for operations looking to minimise running costs without sacrificing consistent freeze performance.
